Hard and soft cups are used to create a vacuum effect to help draw additional blood flow to an area of tissue. It is used to lift and stretch fascia, muscle and soft tissue, while drawing out impurities and promoting angiogenesis. Cupping can support healing by delivering oxygen, nutrients and immune cells through increased circulation, promoting healing and recovery.
Dry Brushing

Using a small, soft bristle brush, a full body dry brushing of the skin is done prior to your massage. It is used to promote lymph flow and as a bonus, feel great!
Post Massage Oil Removal

Some therapies and massage techniques require the use of gels or oil lubricants that aren't quickly absorbed into the skin. Adding a post massage skin cleanse is perfect for clients who may need to return to work or have plans after their appointment but don't have access to a shower. This service takes an additional 15 minutes and includes a gentle soap wash and optional moisturizer application.
